Through our DNA Data Upload option, customers who have an existing DNA data file can upload this data for immediate access to all reports, insights and recommendations. It takes approximately 15 minutes to create your FitnessGenes account, export your existing data from your previous provider, and upload it to FitnessGenes.
Customers who do not have an existing DNA data file are required to provide a saliva sample for analysis. The process of extracting and analysing your DNA takes approximately 3-4 weeks. DNA analysis customers can therefore expect to receive their reports 3-4 weeks after their sample has been received at our UK-based processing centre.
Access to Genetic Workout Plans is not included as a standard but can be purchased as an optional extra. As the generation of Genetic Workout Plans requires insights into your DNA, plans can only be purchased after the delivery of reports.
Once you have purchased a Genetic Workout Plan it is yours to keep and repeat as many times as you wish.
All plans can be purchased from within your FitnessGenes Members' Area underneath the 'Workout & Nutrition' tab.
In addition to 11 Inflammation reports, you'll also receive access to all other 130+ health and fitness reports that we provide. This includes reports relating to hormone health, appetite control, endurance performance, vitamin and mineral requirements, and more.
As a FitnessGenes member, you'll also receive a new genetic report approximately every two weeks. This is just part of our ongoing service, with no subscription or additional payment required.
No retesting is required to access our ongoing report releases. We capture all the genetic data required with your initial DNA Data Upload or DNA Analysis, and use this existing data to build your new health and fitness reports.
So there is no action to take on your side. We'll simply email you whenever there is a new report to view.
