Frequently asked questions about Shipping

We ship to almost every country in the world from our distribution centres.  There are a small number of countries from which is it not possible for customers to export their saliva sample or where we have faced significant challenges in the past.  These countries are currently Russia, China, and Mexico.

There are also a small number of countries that require us to work with the customer to complete some additional paperwork.  We'll be in touch shortly after you have ordered if that's required.

We can only ship to a PO Box using regular / domestic post so we aren’t able to provide a tracking number when posting outside of the UK.

We are pleased to be able to support members of the forces and we can ship to military bases, but shipping sometimes takes longer than to other locations.  Please contact us if you have any specific concerns or questions.

Please check that you have registered your sample tube barcode before sending it back to us.  Once registered, please place the plastic sample tube back inside the clear plastic box, place that back inside the white cardboard box, and then remove the thin strip of plastic on the edge of the box to expose the sticky strip.  Seal the box firmly.  Please ensure the sleeve has been removed from the box.

If you are in the UK, there should be a Freepost address on the box and you can drop it into any UK post box.

If you are outside the UK, please follow the postage instructions that were provided in your kit.

Within the USA, UK and Europe your package should arrive within 5 - 7 working days, and it’s often quicker than that.  For other countries please allow 7 - 10 days from ordering.  Please contact us if you've been waiting longer than that.
