Tri Swim Coaching have become the latest addition to the FitnessGenes Affiliate Program.

The swimming and triathlon coaching service, run by Annie Oberlin-Harris and partner Ali Hollest, helps athletes improve their technique, efficiency and speed in the water.

Services they provide include video analysis, freestyle technique correction, endurance swimming coaching, open water coaching and triathlon training plans. And now, with the guidance of the FitnessGenes DNA Analysis, Tri Swim Coaching has added Genetically Engineered Endurance Coaching to their list of specialities.

Working With FitnessGenes

We caught up with Head Coach Annie, to find out why she has decided to work with her client’s FitnessGenes results.

“At Tri Swim Coaching, we’re always looking for ways to help our athletes optimise their training and performance. If you can achieve this, it gives you the edge on your competitors to help you achieve that podium finish or personal best.

The FitnessGenes DNA Analysis allows our clients to identify their unique strengths, and takes the personalisation of their training plans to a whole new level. We believe that understanding your DNA structure will help you unlock your natural potential, whatever your experience and ability".

If you live in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or London and want to improve your swimming or triathlon performance and follow a genetically tailored training plan, visit or drop Annie an email (
