Tomato and bean sprout salad

This tasty salad is perfect on its own, or as the perfect accompaniment to your favorite grilled fish or meat

Serves 1


2 cups red and yellow cherry tomatoes (300g)

6 olives (25g)

1 cup organic mixed bean sprouts (100g)

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (30ml)

1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (15g)


1. Halve the tomatoes and place in a serving bowl.

2. Wash the bean sprouts and add to the bowl with the olives and rosemary.

3. When you are ready to eat, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
