Approach to Training
A lifelong student of studying techniques to improve his own mental and physical performance, Preston now passes his knowledge on through his personal members site, unyieldingly.com.
Having completed the Sealfit Comprehensive Academy and graduated from the 22nd class of Sealfit Kokoro Camp, Preston knows what it takes to be pushed to the limit of your strength – both mentally and physically.
Also a certified trainer at Gym Jones in his hometown of Salt Lake City, Preston offers online coaching, as well as one-one-one and group training sessions. For those looking to immerse themselves in the Gym Jones’ hardcore approach to training, Preston also teaches seminars at fundamental, intermediate and advanced level.
Preston is currently experimenting with the Ketogenic diet, to see if shifting his macronutrient split to one 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs can improve his athletic performance.
