Nourish bowl

This bowl provides all of your recommended daily intake of fiber, and is packed full of flavour and nutrients. It's a great vegetarian meal option that will help keep you feel fuller for longer.

Serves 1. 



6 Cherry tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

60g Bulgur wheat (cooked)

150g Butter beans

0.5 tbsp Vinegar

0.25 tbsp Honey

2 tsp of coriander

1/4 Cucumber



1. Place tomatoes and garlic on half of a baking tray, and drained butter beans on the other half. Cook for 20 minutes at 200C (390F).

2. Dice the cucumber and season with vinegar, honey, and coriander.

3. Top the bulgur wheat with your tomatoes, garlic, cucumber salad and roasted butter beans.

4. Mix and enjoy!
