This smoothie is a nutritional powerhouse. Matcha is packed with antioxidants, including catechins, as well as a spectrum of vitamins and minerals which boost health (Vitamin C, chromium and zinc). High in protein, this smoothie is great for breakfast or post workout. Ginger has potent anti-inflammatory properties.
Serves 1
1/2 Banana
1/2 scoop Protein powder
28 g Almonds
1 tsp Fresh ginger
30 g Spinach
250 ml Coconut water
2 g Matcha powder
200 ml Ice
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until consistent.
3. Enjoy immediately, or store in a refrigerator for after your next workout.
