Magic mango muesli

Mango muesli

Serves 2

Ingredients

1/4 cup rolled oats (40g)

1 Tbsp oat bran (15g)

1 Tbsp pecans (15g)***

1 Tbsp sesame seeds (15g)***

1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (15g)***

1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (15g)***

1 Tbsp chopped almonds (15g)***

1/2 mango

1/2 apple

8 raspberries 

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (150g)

Method

Heat a frying pan on the stove on medium heat. Add all the nuts and seeds and let them toast. Continue to stir with a spatula for 5 mins as the seeds start to pop.

Chop the apple and slice the mango.

Divide the ingredients into 2 small bowls. In each, add a big dollop of yogurt and top with the rolled oats and oat bran. Top this with the chopped fruits and raspberries as well as the toasted nuts and seeds.

Optional: Sweeten with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.

Serve cool.
