Honey and Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse

Want to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty afterwards? Try this cacao and hazelnut based dessert. It takes no time at all to prepare, and is rich in unsaturated fat, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins B and E. Ingredients (Makes 2)

  • Roasted Hazelnuts (Handful)
  • Frozen Banana (1)
  • Ripe Avocado (1)
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Cacao 


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

2. Spoon the mixture into two separate pots

3. Add Hazelnuts on top for decoration

4. Chill until set
