FitnessGenes Trainer: Harold Tackie
In The Red Corner….

London based personal trainer and boxing coach Harold Tackie has become the latest addition to the FitnessGenes Affiliate Program.

Harold has over 20 years of experience in boxing and martial arts, having stepped in the ring many times, before hanging up the gloves last year.

Having travelled extensively around the world to refine his knowledge and craft, Harold has studied under some of the greatest fighters in recent history, including Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather.

Now a full time personal trainer, his philosophy revolves around combining martial arts and boxing methodologies with modern day strength, conditioning, nutrition and supplementation principles.

Harold’s Approach To Training

“An integral part of my training process is catering to the goals and demands of each individual I work with. As each of my clients is unique in what they want to achieve and where they are on their fitness journey, it’s important to keep each process as personalised as possible”.

“By working with FitnessGenes, I can tell exactly what each client will respond best to, to help them create the best versions of themselves”.
