Cottage Cheese Devilled Eggs

This is a protein-packed dish that will keep you fuller for longer. As well as being great sources of protein, both cottage cheese and eggs and are full of B vitamins and calcium. Eggs are also a rich source of choline, an essential nutrient required for a healthy metabolism. 

Serves 4



  • 4 Eggs
  • 80 g (3 oz) Cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp Wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 3 tsp Paprika



1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and allow the eggs to cook for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and place in a bowl of ice water.

2. Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs.

3. Carefully scoop out the yolks and add into a bowl with the cottage cheese, mustard, pepper and paprika. Mix together.

4. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into the wells of the egg white halves. Finish with some more paprika.
