Cinnamon Cookie Clusters

Ingredients (makes 6)

1 Tbsp (15g) Hemp seeds
1 Tbsp (15g) Sunflower seeds
4 Tbsp (60g) Shredded coconut
4 Tbsp (15g) Peanuts
3 Tbsp (30g) Pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp (22g) Ground True Cinnamon
2 Tbsp (45g) Brown flour
1 Egg White
1 Tsp (5g) Baking powder
2 Tbsp (45g) grated carrots
Optional: 1 tsp (5g) Stevia

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).

Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and divide into 6 clusters and bake for 20 mins.
