Cacao cloud cake

Light, fluffy, and delicious, these simple Paleo treats are rich in antioxidants and named for their airy texture.

Serves 6


8 Tbsp cacao powder (120g)
1 egg
100g coconut flour
3 Tbsp coconut oil (45g)
50g maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder (2.5g)


  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of your mixture onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, leaving at least 2cm of space between each.
  3. Place in a preheated oven at 180C (360F) for 15 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
