Broccoli and mozzarella bites

Broccoli and mozzarella bites 30% OFF everythinh - 'FITGIFT17'

Ingredients (serves 4)

1 cup almond flour (100g)

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cayenne pepper

2 Garlic cloves

2/3 cup broccoli florets (top part) (70g)

1/4 cup mozzarella grated (25g)

4 egg whites (150g)

Salt and pepper to taste

Greek yogurt to dip (optional)

(not including greek yogurt)


1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C or gas mark 4).

2) Finely chop the broccoli heads and garlic.

3) Mix the almond flour, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper salt in a large bowl.

4) Pour the egg whites into the centre of the bowl and mix slowly to create a dough. If the texture is too wet add some more almond flour.

5) Gradually combine the garlic, broccoli and mozzarella and mix well. 

6) Divide the mixture into 12-15 balls.

7) Place this on an oven tray and bake for 30-40 mins (until the balls have browned).

8) Serve warm with fresh greek yogurt.
