Blueberry mountain smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)


1 cup water (250 ml)

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (50g)

1 Medjool date (15g)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (75g) 

1/4 cup fresh or frozen banana (75g)

2 cups Ice (250g)


2Tbsp Hazelnuts (30g)

4 strawberries (100g)

1 Tbsp shredded coconut (15g)

1 medium apple

Nutritional value (per serving)

Total calories: 340 

Protein: 20g

Carbohydrates: 54g (of which 7g is fiber and 27g is sugar)

Fat: 8g 


1) Place all the smoothie ingredients into a blender. Cover tightly and blend until thick and creamy. Pour the smoothie directly into a bowl.

2) Finely chop the apple and strawberries. 

3) Decorate the smoothie with the apple, strawberries, hazelnut and coconut.
