What are we looking for?

A senior-level full stack developer focusing on the mid to back end portion of the tech stack with the ability to pitch in with front-end development. Someone with a solid background in modern design practices and the potential to become a future tech lead.  Exposure to technologies such as Azure, Service Fabric and Service Bus are highly desirable but applicants with similar counterparts will also be considered.



Depending on experience you’ll be involved in working across the entire suite of our back-end systems ranging from e-commerce, logistics, data science right the way through to the dynamic training engine.  The role of scrum master will also be up for grabs as we formally adopt the agile way!


Essential skills

If you are confident in most of these and your skills are missing/weak in one or two areas but you are willing to learn please do get in touch!

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/Sass JavaScript, jQuery
  • C#, .NET and MVC, Razor – min 4 years
  • Entity Framework or a similar (micro) ORMs
  • SQL Server or similar
  • Experience with AMQP messaging
  • Solid understanding of OO design, design patterns and SOLID principles
  • Experience across the entire SDLC
  • Ability to view problems from multiple angles
  • Confidence to make suggestions
  • Strong verbal & written skills


Bonus skills

  • .NET Core
  • Service Fabric
  • Experience with NoSQL databases
  • Experience with OAUTH2/OpenID
