Along with the UK Data Protection Act (1998) and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation, we fully comply with the Human Tissue Act (2004), that covers the handling, storage and disposal of genetic samples.

We will not share genetic data with any third party without your express, written consent. You can request that your DNA sample be disposed of at any time by contacting us at: customerservices@fitnessgenes.com.
